Teaching 3 formats of barre. Being apart of pure barre campaign shoot. Inspiring others on their journey!
What lesson(s) have you learned this past year?
Resilience. Pivot when necessary. Whatever you do- keep going!
How does lift heavy make you feel?
I lift small weights and fatigue my target muscles with repetitive movement. Also use my own body weight!

I love my natural hair and how we are celebrating it & each other nowadays. Fitness is health & health is wealth!
