Been training off and on for years, but got focused in my training in 2017

Weight lifting

What are the most rewarding things you've achieved since your journey?

The ability to form disciplined habits that have helped me achieve other things in my own life.

What lesson(s) have you learned this past year?

No matter what set back occurs or plans that fall through, if you look for the good in situations and work to find solutions then opportunities will fall into your life.
