When did you start your fitness journey or started training?
About 6 years ago
I weighed my heaviest at 325 and was determined to do what I needed to get it off.
Favorite module of training?
CrossFit or Weightlifting.
What are the most rewarding things you've achieve since your journey?
I’ve lost over 100lbs. Now my most rewarding things is seeing how my body can still do the things it used to after having a baby. The female body is amazing!Button
What lesson(s) have you learned this past year?
I don’t need external validation from others to know I’m beautiful. Regardless of what size I am.
